  While looking in the window a roach crawled out from under the tray holding the dough. This happened in front of the clueless employee who just kept making her pretzels. Thank goodness I was able to let my party know to to leave. They have to clean this place. Never going back.

  If you are looking for a sweet treat while shopping at the mall, look elsewhere.
  
  I used to love to come and grab cinnamon covered pretzels during my trips to the mall, but after multiple horrible experiences at this location I highly doubt I'll be eating here again.
  
  If the dirty store and rude employees are not enough to put you off this location, then all you need to do is sample their food. Stale pretzels unfit for consumer consumption are handed out to whomever makes the mistake to purchase here. If you complain about the quality then the employees become angry and even more rude than normal.
  
  It is sad to see a usually great brand get wasted.
