  Their Mochiko Chicken was the best chicken dish I had in Maui. It was crispy outside and tender inside. The sauce was not heavy and very flavorful. I ordered it with noodles and they were very good, too. This is a must-visit place along with Mama's Fish House.

  Searched out Tin Roof as we heard it was so good and close to the airport. We shared the Mashio? chicken and the Fish OTD (salmon), both fried once or twice. Got on the plane regretting eating this heavily fried food only to be poisoned from it, talking projectile vomiting. Yes, 4 hours flying in the airplane bathroom, definitely won't be eating this fry again!

  Great food, quick preparation considering the amount of people usually waiting on an order. Definitely worth the short wait if your in the area. You won't be disappointed

  Best lunch I've had on the island! Mochico chicken and pork belly are my go to. Super friendly staff. Small place that gets busy, but service is quick as easy.
